Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of dasiiclothing.com and any purchase you make from Dasii ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. About us

Dasii is a menswear brand based in the United Kingdom. You can contact us at dasiiclothing4u@gmail.com.

2. Orders

When you place an order you'll receive an order confirmation email. This is not acceptance of your order. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm your order has been dispatched. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, there is a pricing error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we'll refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Prices may change at any time, but changes won't affect orders already confirmed. Payment is taken when you place your order.

4. Products

We try to show our products as accurately as possible. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen, and measurements in our Size Guide may vary slightly.

5. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Responsibility for the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns and cancellations

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, and return items within 30 days, as explained in our Refund Policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.

7. Faulty goods

If goods are faulty or not as described, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Contact us and we'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund.

8. Intellectual property

The Dasii name, logos, designs, images and website content belong to us and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

9. Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

10. Privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place your order will apply to that order.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you may also be able to bring claims in your local courts.
